After years on the East coast in fine dining and specialized catering, I moved here to Park City, where I could enjoy the outdoors and find new inspiration in food. I'm here to tell my story and what I've learned though my experiences all these years but most importantly to learn the stories of others here in this community. I am a Chef in the purist form of my cuisine and knowledge that extends from Molecular Gastronomy to Classical French. I'm here to cook and teach all with my food and knowledge.

Best private experience I’ve ever had.

Jesus was INCREDIBLE. Went above and beyond to make the entire experience and dinner so special. The food was delicious and we talked about it the rest of the weekend. Would HIGHLY recommend Jesus and Alex for future dinners. 10/10 for sure!!

Jesus was fantastic. We hired him for a special 40th birthday dinner and he delivered on our highest expectations. He was gracious, patient in explaining the foods to our daughter, polite, personable and clearly a pro. We've already recommended TakeaChef and Jesus in particular to our friends!
