I am a professional chef with four years of expirience in the culinary world; I studied in Capsicum culinary school in Pretoria (South Africa), I focus my cuisines in Africa cuisine specially becouse of my roots; mediterranean cuisine becouse is one of my favorites cuisins, English and asian cuisine . in 2019 I started working with Dan Kruger from Loring place in manhatthan( New york city) as a J1 student and He completly shape my cooking method, specially becouse of the casual and delicious appealing of the dishes. Now am working as a private chef in Malabo( Equatoria guinea).
