I am a Vegas Native with 16 years fining dining and high volume hospitality/kitchen experience. I specialize in diet/holistic coaching. Started with bartending school, then attended Le Cordon Bleu to receive my Culinary degree. I love culture and to travel as I know that strengthens me as a chef. I have 4 years fluent practice in holistic healing and herbalism.
