Jessica has been cooking professionally since 2003, but has always had a passion for food and the joy it brings to her family and friends. She has worked in small kitchen environments to large onsite catering events. With experience ranging from managing the catering kitchen and staff to the front of house management, Lead Event Chef, Corporate Trainer and Sous Chef.

Jessica and her family crave the cooking process and creating new dishes. The family gets together for almost any reason just to cook.

She has traveled and explored France, England, Italy, Mexico, Canada and Jamaica. Within the US, Jessica has lived and worked in San Diego, South Carolina and Arizona. She was born and raised in Scottsdale, AZ.

Jessica's favorite culinary experiences have been dining at a local restaurant in Champagne, France, and Bazaar Meats by Jose Andres.

Her style and techniques can be summed up as comfort food, classic with a twist, and curious.

Chef Jessica was excellent. Her & I developed the menu based off her proposal & some of the items she had on her sample menu(s). She remained flexible & allowed us to add additional guests 20 hrs before our dinner. She handled our bachelor party tipsyness with grace & a positive attitude! I will def book her again.

Jessica was the best and we can’t wait to have her back! Jessica sent us options on the type of food and then gave us options for each course, it was difficult to choose since everything sounded so good. She arrived right on time, was well prepared and cooked us the most wonderful meal. Everything was as described, was beautiful to look at and tasted delicious. Jessica kept the kitchen neat and organized throughout, cleaning up anything remaining at the end of our meal. We even had a bit leftover that my grandchildren devoured when they arrived! Thank you for such a nice birthday celebration for my husband and I.

Take a Chef was a fun experience for a special occasion. For me, it was more about the experience of having a personal chef for a one time unique birthday and making sure my fiance enjoyed doing something different, than about anything else. So my fiance absolutely enjoyed a unique birthday, and I love that, and Jessica made it very comfortable. (however I would not dare tell him what it cost as he would kill me and that would have likely ruined it for him... I know when to shush and he knows when to not ask). Jessica was wonderful and accomodating to try and get a French style dinner for someone who would have hated if I had done duck a'lorange. I am happy I requested a second desert add on as he has a sweet tooth and really enjoyed that. All in all, it was a success and Jessica was awesome for someone who is a novice to this. He has some nice left overs for lunch/dinner tomorrow as we were both very full, and I could not finish it all. Thank you Chef Jessica.

I cannot recommend Chef Jessica highly enough! She created an unforgettable private dinning experience for us, handling everything from start to finish with absolute professionalism and care. Every dish was expertly crafted, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. The attention to detail, from ingredient selection to plating, was on par with a high-end restaurant. Beyond her culinary skills, she was warm, engaging, and made the evening feel truly special. She arrived fully prepared, brought everything and needed, and left the kitchen spotless. If you're looking for a private chef who will exceed every expectation, look no further Chef Jessica is a true master of her craft.

This was the best evening. Chef Jessica was amazing! Dinner was excellent with all food prepared perfectly. After dinner everything was spotless. Chef Jessica was very professional. Will definitely be planning some more dinners in our future. Thank you for an evening to remember.
