I am a professional Chef for a well known oil company on the famous King Ranch. I also Chef Source to private events, and high end Corporate Clients all through the coastal bend and even larger cities throughout Texas. My culinary background is over 20 years in the industry, and I have worked and perfected every aspect of hospitality. I have been on the operations side, I have been on the sales side, I have been on the training side, and now am back in the kitchen that I so love. I specialize in high end custom menu design based on the personality and wants of my clients.
