I started my culinary adventure at William Angliss Institute of Tafe in Melbourne Australia (one of Australia most prestige Culinary Schools). From There I worked and travelled my way around the globe. From the island of the Great Barrier Reef to South East Asia. South America, England, South America, Alaska and America. In my recent years i was previously the executive chef for Grasings Coastal Cuisine located in Carmel by the Sea where we sourced local organic, sustainable ingredients. We prepared and served fancy 5 to 6 fine dining wine dinners for top winery's from all over California. We also Served guest fantastic tasty lunches and dinners 7 days week. Pervious To That I was the executive chef for the Evergreen Lodge for 6 years located in Yosemite National Park where we served gourmet meals to hundreds of guests from all over the world. I am extremely versatile at any cuisine. I am amazing at creating customized menus that will suit you and your guest whether that be a relaxed barbeque with family and friends to an amazing sit down coursed out fine dining menu. I am extremely creative and passionate about cooking and i very much look forward to cooking for you.

Jesse did a great job for our group of nine. He was super efficient, setting up the table, polishing the wine glassses, preparing the meal, yet was relaxed and was able to chat with us while he was working. The food was very good, as were his descriptions of the dishes. It was a fun, user friendly experience.

This was one the best experiences! Chef Jesse was amazing to work with. He planned the perfect menu for us and our guests. He was professional, cordial, informative and pleasurable. Our food was not only delicious, but beautifully presented and unique, just what I was hoping for! And our dishes were all cleaned up and put away, our kitchen looked as good as when he showed up, such a treat! We will definitely be using his service again! Thank you, Laura

Chef Jesse was absolutely amazing! He was super attentive to everyone's allergies, and re-did the menu for us to accommodate everyone. He was always responsive, showed up on time, and was so much fun to work with. All of the girls loved him. He had such a welcoming attitude, and his food was beyond delicious. Everything was cooked to perfection. Will definitely be reaching out again soon, and will send my friends his information.

The experience with Jesse was amazing from the start. He was quick to respond and provided clear communication. He checked in a couple of times in advance of the event to be sure we were clear on what to expect. On the day of the event, he arrived right on time, even with a couple of hours travel time to our destination. He was professional yet personable throughout and the food was exceptional! He’s an incredibly talented chef. The entire experience far exceeded expectations and I would hire Jesse again without hesitation.

Chef Jesse was awesome! This was our first experience with a private chef and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Chef Jesse went above and beyond. We had a complicated group with many dietary restrictions and he was able to come up with a menu that met everyone’s needs. We will definitely be using Chef Jesse again in the future!!
