I enjoy cultures and the diversities of the human experience, I’m somewhat of a sociologist and it reflects in my food.
Born into a family of food entrepreneurs, as early as three years old I started helping out in the kitchen. A tradition I continue on with my daughter.
I have 10 years of combined culinary experience. Four years as a Chef and six years preceding as a Line Cook in many settings.
I’m a creative, detail oriented, intellectual with strong communication skills.
I’m an Air Force veteran and film auteur, but food is my passion.
