i speak French and English and has previously worked on MY Imagine and

MY Four Wishes and MY Sequel P and MY Bacchus.Originally born in France, my training started in

Paris at the Bristol hotel. i lived in London for 21 years where i owned my own restaurant in Chelsea for 6 years. For the last 16 years i have travelled and cooked all around the world on both land and sea. Prior to joining the yachting industry, i worked for various well known families such as the Rothschild’s, the Royal family of Abu Dhabi, the Royal family of Saudi Arabia and the Royal family of Greece as their estate chef. i have found himself very fortunate to discover and embrace a variety of international cooking at all levels. My knowledge of world cuisine ensures that every day guests get an extensive menu to choose from that will satisfy every table.
