Though I have only been cooking professionally for 5 years, I have had the honor of working with and learning from some incredibly people. I am most influenced by Mads Refslund, Jordan Kahn, and Phillip Frankland Lee. Though I have not yet had the chance to work with them directly, I am also inspired by Gaggan Anand, Craig Thornton, and Heston Blumenthal.

I trained as an apprentice at Pasta|Bar in Los Angeles. I shot through 7 months of hours in 5 weeks, and was immediately hired.

A cooking secret...

My secret in the kitchen will remain secret. My recipes and techniques I am happy to share, but a magician never reveals their tricks.
