Chef At Home In South San FranciscoMy love for cooking first began as a young child, watching my grandmother prepare dinner each night. My grandmother’s Creole heritage, introduced me to many complex flavors and spices all at a very young age. I grew and pursued traditional academia but never lost that insatiable passion for food, cooking, and entertaining. After graduating college, I decided to venture into the culinary field and opened a food truck. Burnt Ends Bbq Food Truck, operated throughout the Bay Area for 5 years and specialized in bbq and southern cuisines. In 2018, it was recognized in the San Francisco Chronicle under “Best Bbq in the Bay”. In 2019, I sold the food truck and started a vegan taco pop up. During this time, I also transitioned into being a private chef, curating unique dining experiences for families and professionals around the Bay. Currently, I also works as a private chef with Yaachtly; creating fine dining experiences for customers aboard yachts. I am well versed in many different cuisines and can make just about anything vegan. And I love using fresh local ingredients to create well balanced, delicious meals.
