Passionate about creating good and atheistic food

After cooking in high end restaurants for 20 years, during Covid I made the switch to private chef and catering. With extensive experience in being a traveling chef as well as how to create dishes to accommodate guest. I have been an in home chef for a family of six for the past three years. My culinary is southern American meets French. Basically means that I can make shrimp and grits with superb flavors as well as many other dishes . I also have been creating Thai and Asian inspired dishes for the past year or so. When people ask what I cook my response is tell me what you like I’ll make it with my own spin
