From 2010-2023 I've enjoyed being a traveling chef in the following states: Massachusetts, South Carolina, Louisiana, Georgia, Mexico Los Angeles, & Las Vegas, where I am now here to join you.
By doing this I explored culture, new cooking techniques, and created an amazing family everywhere.
I enjoy creating food that comforts people and makes them think of when they were at the dinner table growing up.
