Detail oriented, efficient, and serving good food.

I am a Certified Culinarian with 2 degrees of Culinary Arts and Food and Beverage Management. I have been working in restaurants for the past 3 years. I have competed in many ACF sanctioned competitions bringing home over 7 medals. I have worked in many banquet halls producing food to over 500 guests. I also done plated dinners for a guest count of over 30. I am Servsafe, Beer server, and TIPS certified. My biggest inspiration would be Asian food cultures, but I love cooking cuisine from around the world as well. I love expressing my creativity ability through food plating and mixology. I also have a great knowledge on food and wine pairing as well.
