I considermyself a jack of all trades chef and am comfortable cooking many different cuisines, styles and diets for clients needs
I run the brunch apothecary in dacula ga and also have my own private business as the little beet private chef. I am comfortable with country casual dining and high end fare as well. I enjoy crafting elaborate dinner parties but also specialize in intimate events and even corporate lunch boxes. I do alot of things and am able to cater to alot of diets especially vegetarian, vegan and gluten free. I also am a solid baker and bartender and am comfortable being the whole package for an event.
