I completed my culinary studies at the National Center for Hotel and Tourism in Colombia, one of the country's most respected institutions in the hospitality industry.

My career began at La Cotidiana restaurant, and I am currently working at the Marriott Hotel in Minnesota, where I continue to grow professionally and refine my culinary skills.
