I am a Denver-based personal chef with a focus on custom dining experiences, meal planning, consultations, and classes. As a professional chef, I have over twenty years of experience in world-class hotels and restaurants. I specialize in intimate to moderately-sized dining groups who desire a high level, personalized dining experience; I like to incorporate family-style platters, plated dishes, and elegant showpieces into my presentation.
