I am the creator of 2c Chicago (now 2 Seas Dining), a private supper club, with the goal of changing the way we experience dining.

I wanted to bring Michelin-quality tasting menus to people's homes. I source as much as possible locally while still representing the exotic ingredients in the light they deserve.

Every guest is different and thus, every menu is different. Let's talk and I'll tailor an experience that is right for you.

Please note that proposals will be mostly blank because one element about my style of dining is surprise. I feel that not knowing what the next course is allows you to focus on what's in front of you. That's why I disclose the menu at the end of the meal.

10 out of 10 - chef Jeff Dysart was amazing. He prepared us a 10 course meal that was out of this world. Flavors were awesome, plating was beautiful, and the knowledge behind what we were eating was great! I am recommending him to any and all. He will not disappoint.
