Combining local ingredients, inspiration, travel, professional and self taught training to create a truly one of a kind dining experience.
In 2017 I created 2c Chicago, an underground supper club where guests would come to my home for a formal chefs tasting menu. Now I want to bring that same experience to you. Thus creating 2 Seas Dining. With the goal of changing the way we view dining.
I want to bring Michelin-quality tasting menus to people's homes. When it comes to ingredients I source as much as possible locally while still representing the exotic ingredients you can expect to see on this level of dining.
Every guest is different and thus, every menu is different. Let's talk and I'll tailor an experience that is right for you.
Please note that proposals will be mostly vague because I like to preserve as much of the anticipated and surprise as possible. I feel that not knowing what the next course is allows you to focus on what's in front of you. That being said I can be 100% transparent with the menu if that's what you are looking for.
