My name is Jaz Moore. I am a double major graduate from Johnson & Wales University. I have more than 10 years of food and beverage experience. I have spent the last few years traveling the states as a traveling Chef working major events such as NASCAR, Masters Golf Tournament, The Players Championship, as well as cooking for the Florida Gators along with many others.
My focus is to provide the client with fresh flavors and ingredients. The client and I will work together on customizing a menu specifically for the special occasion with a budget that works for the client.
