I am a professional chef with 10+ years of experience in fine dining and michelin rated restaurants with a focus in slow and gentle cooking and desserts. Started my carreer in South America as a butcher for an acclaimed restaurant and made my way to one New Yorks most coveted restaurants. Now I work as a private chef, ice cream consultant and own an ice cream company.
