Get to know me better

My two loves are food and interacting with people!

I am a professional chef with 10 years of experience. From catering to fine dining, i have been lucky enough to be involved with all levels of the hospitality industry.

I began my career at Restaurant 1833 in Monterey CA under the guidance of Levi Mezick and Jason Franey. I've opened Rose Rabbit Lie in Las Vegas and Faith and Flower in Los Angeles. Most recently I worked with The Meatery in Monterey. All of the establishments mentioned above are locally loved and critically acclaimed.

I love working with food and people to provide the best experience possible for our guests no matter what the occasion!

In light of the recent global pandemic my helpers and myself are all tested for covid 19 every two weeks. We are also taking extra precautionary measures to ensure the safety of our clients and ourselves.
