I’m a father of two amazing children. I moved to Southern Vermont 20 years ago to raise a family and cook with the seasons and from local farms. I have been a professional chef for 30 years and spent exstive time traveling and working in unique destinations, like Manhattan, Aspen CO, Napa and Sonoma Valley. I have a degree in culinary arts and continue education in hospitality and tourism. I have co- owned multiple restaurants and inns in Vermont, that have been recognized by the James Beard foundation, won several local and nation culinary awards and have invested substantial time volunteering in the culinary community.
