I came up cheffing in highly rated restaurants in Los Angeles and San Diego. Then I moved down to Lousiana and started a craft services business working on tv and film productions. With the writers strike I am looking elsewhere for income to support my family. I have 12 years of experience cooking and catering for events small and large. Also privately cooking for some of the largest celebrities out there, with extensive experience in exotic cuisines. Everything from classic french, to new Vietnamese.
