I began my cooking career in Los Angeles California, and travelled around Southern California learning under premier chefs in many different styles of restaurants. Once I had honed my skills, I ended up leaving California and coming down here to New Orleans to cater on film and television sets. After 14 years of traveling the country cooking for actors, producers and crews on TV shows and movies like" Yellowstone" and "1883", I am happy to stay here at home and continue to broaden my culinary horizons through your kitchen.
