Hello and thank you for your interest. Welcome to Dining with Jason let's plan a great meal together. I specialize in customizing dinners that will exceed your expectations and creating lasting memories.

I have over 18 years of experience learning techniques from some of the best Michelin Trained Chefs and restaurateurs in the business. David Burke's Fromagerie was my intro to French classics. I enjoy recreating Jaques Pepin signature dishes. Iron Chef MIchael Simon Influenced my Greek and Mediteranean flavors. Steven Starr’s Buddakahn and Morimoto introduced me to Asian fusion. My years of fine dining restaurants, in home private dining, 5 diamond hotels and catering special events have given me an appreciation for quality ingredients and elegant meals.

Chef Jason was incredible from the moment he arrived. He arrived promptly and ready to perform his magic in the kitchen. The food was prepared, presented and tasted over the top delicious! He made our experience so much fun and special. Definitely recommend him and would love to have him again. He was so easy to work with and had great menu options and suggestions. Thank you, Chef for a most memorable dinner experience!

Jason is amazing. His attention to detail and our needs fantastic. Fresh Homemade Sourdough and Homemade Cheesecake just phenomenal along with the rest of the entire dinner. Highly recommend Jason if you can book him as he is highly sought after.

Chef Jason was awesome. So easy to work with from beginning to end. Very friendly demeanor and willing to share insights or knowledge when we asked or when it was appropriate. He arrived right on time and got to work. First courses were amazing and unique. Main course was a traditional meal we requested and better than we could've expected. Desserts were next level. Time and preparation to make these desserts started a day in advance and was well worth the outcome. Cannot recommend Chef Jason Mayer enough. We will work together in the near future.

Jason is an amazing chef who clearly loves what he does! I encourage anyone considering chef proposals to talk with him, he is more than accommodating and willing to spend the time up front to make sure you and your group are happy with their menu selection. The food from presentation to taste was excellent, would definitely work with him again!

Jason was extremely accommodating and his food was outstanding. He seamlessly adjusted his plating to match our timing (we were doing too much talking and drinking) and executed exceptionally. Would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Chef Jason made my mother-in-law’s 80th birthday a most memorable, enjoyable, and special event. The food and presentation, especially the calamari and crème brûlée, were spectacular and we will definitely call him again. Jason was flexible with the menu by accommodating vegetarians and customizing the menu to include requested dishes. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Amazing! You MUST use Jason!

We had Chef Jason over for a surprise birthday dinner. First, he was early, which I appreciate, and he was nothing but professional, courteous, and of course the food was amazing! He accommodated a food allergy and even created a dessert off menu for the birthday boy. We will be asking him back for future events!

Jason was wonderful! He was very punctual, professional and kind. The food was delicious and he left the Kitchen cleaner then we be arrived! Highly recommend!

Chef Jason was an absolute delight to work with! We collaborated on a 5 course tasting menu inspired by favorite vacations my husband and I have taken. In addition to cooking, plating, and serving, he also served wine pairings with each course. The pace of the meal was perfect. I would absolutely recommend Chef Jason for anything from dinner parties to weekly meals for your family.
