Hello and thank you for your interest. Welcome to Dining with Jason let's plan a great meal together. I specialize in customizing dinners that will exceed your expectations and create lasting memories.
I have over 18 years of experience learning techniques from some of the best chefs and restaurateurs in the business. David Burke's Fromagerie was my intro to French classics. I enjoy recreating Jaques Pepin signature dishes. Iron Chef MIchael Simon Influenced my Greek and Mediteranean flavors. Steven Starr’s Buddakahn and Morimoto introduced me to Asian fusion. My years of fine dining restaurants, in home private dining, 5 diamond hotels and catering special events have given me an appreciation for quality ingredients and elegant meals.
