I'm a professional chef with 30yrs of cooking experience. I've traveled the country which has afforded me the experience of learning different flavor combinations. Majority of my career has been in the hotel and restaurant settings but when I established my own personal chef services, I brought the principles of Quality, Professionalism, and Customer Service. I have a strong background in Southern/Creole cuisine but I also am versed in Mexican, Italian, and Asian cuisines as well! I've catered to many high- end clients with a wide variety of flavor palates. So, whether you are an adventurous foodie or looking for simple comfort food, you have reached the right Chef!
