I am a outgoing chef with a great personality, the passion for great food !
I am a private chef with many years of experience and the knowledge from large hotels to fine dinner and elegant private dinners. I have under my career fine wine dinners, elegant dinners, 5 diamond dinners and also versatile in BBQ style events and or a quick dinner for 4.
I was taught in the French Brigade system, was originally employed to make the kitchen run as smoothly as possible. Typical roles begin at the top with Executive Chef, followed by Sous Chef, followed again by Senior Chef and now Private chef.
