With over 15 years in the culinary world, my passion lies in crafting exquisite dishes tailored to diverse taste and dietary needs. From Mediterranean, Mexican, America, French or a refined vegan spreads. I specialize in creating visually stunning and delectable meals. My culinary journey includes prestigious roles at the 5 star 5 diamond Grad Del Mar hotel and as an executive chef at two esteemed wineries in Temecula California: Falkner Winery and Altisima Winery.
