I am a professional chef with 20 years of culinary world experience. I studied at the Culinary Academy of Las Vegas and graduated from a Benihana Bootcamp were I was introduced to Japanese cuisine. After several years as an Teppanyaki Chef I begin to transition into the beautiful art of Sushi. Spending 7 years and counting I have continued to work very hard at perfecting my art. Ultimately succeeding as an Head Sushi Chef at a 5 star restaurant. I come with proven expertise in creating visually stunning sushi dishes and developing innovating recipes. As well as being certified in food safety and hygiene.
