I am a passionate and creative culinary storyteller with a deep love for crafting unique experiences through food. Born and raised in the heart of Charleston, SC, my cooking is influenced by Gullah culture, American and Italian cuisines, and a lifetime of inspiration from helping my mom in the kitchen. Known for my optimism, artistic flair, and adaptability, I am a fast learner who uses my skills to transform ingredients into unforgettable moments.

With experience in the restaurant business and catering department, I have contributed to a wide range of events, from chef-attended receptions to elegant buffets. My repertoire includes crafting hors d’oeuvres, specialty dishes, personalized meals, and large quantity buffet items like fig and goat cheese flatbread, chicken and waffle skewers, stunning fruit platters, charcuterie, crudité boards, and more. My expertise was highlighted during notable occasions such as catering a wedding in December 2024 and providing an exceptional plating service for the president of the College of Charleston.
