Personal Chef In StowI am a professional chef with more than 10 years of experience working in a variety of restaurants and other kitchens in multiple states and countries. I've worked in fine dining, casual restaurants, food trucks, hotels, catering companies, wedding venues, large sporting events, and as a private chef. Basically, when it comes to foodservice, if you name, I've probably worked there. I went to culinary school at Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina. I'm very well versed in a wide variety of different cuisines and can cook almost anything you might request. My favorite foods to cook are the bold, vibrant flavors of Southeast Asia and Latin America; I have a large index of delicious Thai, Vietnamese, Indian, and Latin American dishes that I greatly enjoy cooking. While I'm not strictly vegan myself, I do greatly enjoy cooking plant-based food and can offer many very satisfying and healthy vegan and vegetarian dishes.
