I have been a professional chef for the last 21 years starting in high school and haven’t looked back since. Attended culinary school all while working in multiple styles of restaurants. The last 12 years I have been executive chef over multiple private country clubs, hosting pga events, wine dinners, farm to table dinners, running multiple restaurants on the same property.
