I've always been very passionate about food, from the way it tastes, to the way it looks, to the way that it is prepared, you can see the passion I have for my food through my work!

I am Chef Miah! I grew up in Oakland, Ca; that’s where my love for food began! My Granparents catered for 20+ years & I absorbed most of my knowledge from them, I remember watching them prepare for events for hours on in, helping them load & unload all that is needed to successfully cater an event!

i began cooking on my own at the age of 16 & started off with my Grandparent’s recipes, once I began to get comfortable in the kitchen, I started adding my own millinneal twist to their Recipe’s & Birthed my upscale Soul Fusion Menu & Mix’d N Made By Miah!

my goal is to spread love & light not Only through my food but with every interaction that you have with me! I take pride in creating amazing food experiences that not only please the eyes but, satisfy your tastebuds with each & every bite!
