Very creative, with a passion for seasonal and exotic ingredients

A professional chef since 2001 and a graduate of Le cordon blue San Francisco. I worked primarily in fine dining establishments, as a chef de cuisine and Executive chef.

I developed most of my skills working in California, creating menus based off of availability and seasonality.

My food is described as rustic and refined thoughtful coastal cuisine.
