My first job in high school was in a kitchen and I’ve been in love ever since. I may only be 22 but I can cook like I’m twice my age. Five years of professional experience but I am still learning everyday and that is part of the beauty of it. Cooking is not something you can ever perfect just slowly build on what those who came before you have done. My style is a mix of French-American fusion and classic American barbecue.
