I have a personal love for food and for being a chef and I'm excited to share all I have learned.
I am a perfessional culinary of 20+ years 10 years being fine dining or contemporary dining. I have worked under and study under some great chefs that saw and recognized my passion dedication and hard work which allowed me opportunities that some people in the industry might not get. Currently I'm working towards a bachelor's degree in accounting also working towards my ACF (American Culinary Federation) certification.
