I live to connect people to food, gathering ingredients from where we I am to present what they have to offer us.

I am a professional chef with 20+ years experience in various forms of the business. I spent a majority of my career in ADK/Apple Country Upstate New York, focused on rustic farm to table, cuisine. I moved to Phoenix 2 years ago to further my culinary knowledge, specifically regarding southwestern terroir, which has captivated me since I started my career. I enjoy exploring many global approaches to cooking. I'm comfortable with any request and have catered to large and small formats, from weddings to grande and modest gatherings. I am comfortable working anywhere and with any cooking equipment available, and have no problem crafting something out of very little.
