Hi! I'm a chef who is passionate about showing love through food and finding the balance of food that tastes wonderful and benefits our bodies.
I’m a home cook and professional chef with years of experience in the culinary world, spanning roles from sous chef to barista to ice cream caterer to server and baker. I have learned on the job and from my time exploring my passion for food and hospitality at home, with family and with friends. I believe in food as medicine and in finding ways to nourish my body and feed those I love while making it taste delicious. I strive to find local and seasonal ingredients whenever possible and have become passionate about foraging ingredients when possible and incorporating them into my creations.
I eat a plant-based diet and specialize in vegan and vegetarian food and dessert, but I am able to cook meat dishes as well. I've traveled extensively and incorporate what I've tasted and learned abroad into my own recipes. I love meeting new people and hope we will be able to connect and share a meal together.
