As a seasoned culinary professional with 18 years of experience, I bring a diverse background and passion for delivering exceptional cuisine. I graduated from the Art Institute of New York in 2006 and have since excelled as a catering chef, pastry chef, and line cook. I've had the privilege of working alongside renowned chefs like Chris Santos at Beauty & Essex and Charlie Palmer at Aureole A Michelin Star Restaurant , My expertise extends to freelancing with esteemed catering companies like Abigail Kirsch and Constellation Catering. Additionally, I've served as a catering chef at Frostburg State University and 3 World Trade Center. Certified with a New York City Food Protection Card and ServSafe Certificate, I am now dedicated to sharing my skills and passion as a personal chef, committed to delighting a loving family with an unforgettable culinary experiences.
