7 years of experience as a baker and chef, I have a passion for the kitchen. Recently moved from Miami, so I bring a unique flair and touch of spice.
Born in Panama, raised in Columbia, SC. I just moved back after 8 years in Miami. I love latin cuisine, but my heart and soul is in cheesy grits. I have 7 years of experience in the kitchen, so I can whip up a nice focaccia or even make croissants from scratch. I recently was an executive sous chef at a restaurant in Miami and also would help with a private chef/catering, making dinner for 30 in the same building Beckham lives in, private lunch for small groups, and cooking for 500 people for a private concert. Although I have a lot of experience and learned so much from my career in a mass production kitchen, I have a passion for cooking for people in a more intimate, creative, comfortable atmosphere.
