My philosophy revolves around connecting people through food! I bring passion and skill to the table. 8 years of experience as a Baker and Chef.
Born in Panama, raised in Columbia, SC. I just moved back after 8 years in Miami. I love latin cuisine, but my heart and soul is in cheesy grits. I have 8 years of experience in the kitchen, so I can whip up a nice focaccia or even make croissants from scratch. Most recently was an executive sous chef at a restaurant in Miami, and my career path has crossed with some of Miami’s Staples. Although I have a lot of experience and learned so much from my career in a mass production kitchen, I have a passion for cooking for people in a more intimate, creative, comfortable atmosphere.
