With a diverse background in cooking style and technique, I look for variety and nuance in every menu.
I have been working in restaurants for the past 12 years with a few years experience as a Chef consultant and private Chef. My background is predominately French with a small amount of Japanese and Chinese influence. I've spent time working in Michelin Starred kitchens as a cook and as Chef de Cuisine in New York City. Mostly recently as head Chef of Comune restaurant in Columbus, Ohio. So I can cook within any dietary restrictions - from pescatarian to vegan and anything in between.
