I am an aspiring personal chef, I have worked in a variety of restaurant kitchens, learning a variety of dishes. Recently I have decided to expand my cooking career to offer private chef work. I pride myself in using fresh ingredients for a “farm to table experience”. Another thing that is very important to me is portion sizes- my meals have hearty portions that will leave you full. Chef Jackson’s Italian meal was perfect for our small birthday dinner! He was very communicative in the days leading up to the event and even took on a special dessert request. The food was great and possibly the best bruschetta I have ever had. Finally, our kitchen was spotless at the end of the night. I highly recommend Chef Jackson!
