Get to know me better
I have love for my craft in all settings. I believe casual or fine dining experiences should be executed with the same level of care and precision.
My experience in hospitality started in Portland Oregon in 2010, working in gastropub and barbeque smokehouse restaurants. A few years later, moving to Los Angeles, I joined the team at a Japanese Ramen restaurant and a Santa Monica seafood cafe until making the move to NYC in March 2016.
The following years would be arguably the most valuable experience of my career, learning from incredible chefs at one and two Michelin starred restaurants throughout the city. I made the decision to explore the role of a private chef in December of 2021 and it has been wonderfully rewarding ever since.
