Meet The Chef
Chef Ivory was born and raised in West Covina, CA. With her roots being from Louisiana, she picked up and mastered Southern Style cooking very well. ”Cooking has always been a passion and stress reliever for me” After so many jobs and degrees in different fields (Bachelors in Mathematics) that just didn’t feel right, she started culinary school in 2016. Shortly after, she joined a cruise ship and worked her way from Assistant Cook to Sous Chef. She has work in multiple kitchens and have learned French Cuisine, Asian Cuisine and Hibachi, Italian Cuisine, and All American cooking. Although her passion will always be Southern food; she is able to satisfy any palette.
Credentials
Degree in Culinary and Restaurant Management, ServSafe Manager Certified, Certified Nutritionist, Certified in CPR and First Aid, Certified in Basic Fire Training.
