Hello! I have been working in kitchens for the past 16 years, the last 10 with Joel Robuchon. I’ve been a part of a culinary that’s been awarded 1, 2 and 3 Michelin stars. I acquired skills to be able to cook at any level and work with a large variety of ingredients. In the past I’ve done events from intimate private diners to banquet of 150-200 people.
