I am a professional chef with 14 year’s experience in the culinary world. I studied Culinary Arts at The Art Institute of San Diego in 2012, and started training to become a sushi chef on 2014. I am a chef specializing in Japanese Cusisine, and vegan and vegetarian dishes, with a focus on accommodating food allergies and gluten intolerances, utilizing organic ingrediets to create delicious and inclusive meals.
