I’m a Private Chef based in Oʻahu, Hawai‘i with over 10 years of hands on experience in the kitchen. My culinary journey began with my mother’s Italian catering business, G-Thymes Catering, where by 16 I was preparing and serving events for 200–350 guests on my own. By 19, I was leading a team of four across G-Thymes and Chipotle before relocating to Oʻahu to level up my craft.
At 20, I stepped into a Sous Chef role at Ruscello, managing a 16 person team and honing my skills in upscale dining and kitchen leadership. Today, I offer elevated private chef experiences built around bold flavor, intentional hospitality, and unforgettable energy whether you’re hosting a villa dinner, a yacht celebration, or a once in a lifetime gathering.
My style blends refined Italian roots with vibrant island influence always centered around quality, connection, and creating moments your guests will remember long after the final course.
