My journey from teaching languages to becoming a successful chef with Ratatouille is truly fascinating. My diverse experiences around the world have shaped my culinary perspective and it's evident in the global influences I incorporate into my menu.
I was born in Grenoble, located in the French Alps. I began my career by teaching languages and traveled extensively to places such as London, Los Angeles, China, Ibiza (Spain), Singapore, and Thailand.
Cooking has always been a passion for me. I decided to transition from teaching to pursue my love for cooking after studying at the Greta Culinary Institute in France. In 2017, I opened a seasonal restaurant, expressing my creativity with food and catering to both tourists and locals. Simultaneously, I ran a food truck and catering business for events. My menu reflects my culinary experiences from around the world, drawing inspiration from my trips.
In 2022, I decided to move back to Los Angeles to continue expanding my successful catering business.
