I am a professional chef located in sunny Miami, FL! I am well versed in many different cuisines and diets. I was a vegan for 5 years so I have mastered the art of plant based cooking, but can also make a perfect steak. I am open to your dietary restrictions, or if you allow me to have creative freedom, it's all up to you! I have been passionate about cooking since I was 8 years old. Not only can I cook, but I can bake! I currently work as a pastry chef in a high volume French restaurant but still love to look out for my community when I am not in the restaurant. Cooking & baking is my passion!
