I am a very passionate cook, i love fire and outdoors. I am an advocate of local food and sustainable practices.
Throughout my career, I’ve embraced an adventurous spirit that has taken me to kitchens around the world, from the scorching heat of the Nevada desert, where I served as a sous chef for Burning Man, preparing food out of a shipping container, to cooking for an eco-village in the lush jungles of Punta Mona, Costa Rica. Last year, I found myself cooking with solar ovens on the zero-waste sailboat Low-Tech-Lab in New York’s bustling harbor. This adventurous spirit is a defining aspect of who I am as a leader.
