I have explored a lot of areas of cooking in the past 10 years. My passion for healthy cooking came from working at a retirement home at their club house. I had to adjust all the recipes I loved and I learn how to cook on a daily for a lot of vegans, gluten free, and diabetics. I got to also bartend, serve and manage at Texas road house
